1、主要是口罩和手套，可以用医用口罩，也可以用N95口罩等都能够起到隔绝病毒的作用，能起到防止新型冠状病毒感染的效果，戴手套，避免了手接触被病毒污染的物品，以免再触摸眼睛，鼻子，嘴巴时感染给自己。
2、家里需要保持通风，勤洗手，多消毒，84消毒液和酒精就是不错的选择。
3、就是尽量不要出门，非要出门的话，回来的时候一定要回来洗手，并且消毒。
