3、表格的制作方法初学者

　　1、首先，我们启动软件，再新建一个空白文档。

　　2、在文档的顶端这里有一横排的菜单栏；鼠标点击“插入”；在下方这里再点击“表格”。

　　4、也可以用这个蝴蝶式，除了热身，还可以帮助你更好地完成莲花坐姿。然后转成猫式，活动一下脊椎，早上起来，也可以单独做五次这个动作，精神很好的感觉。

　　5、热身差不多，准备站起来哦，起来前先大头朝下清清脑子。热身过程还可以增加一些上半身的扭转动作，可惜我找不着图片。经期的女生不要用前一个动作，还是这个保险一点啦。
