1、隔热窗帘：解除方法就是安装隔热窗帘，这种隔热窗帘会将光线与热反射出去，从而就不会使室的温太高，这种隔热的窗帘一般在市面上都能买到，与普通的窗帘也没有太大的差异，但是这种隔热窗帘，有防止透视的作用，一般在外面是没法看到室的情况的。
2、贴隔热纸：还有就是可以贴隔热纸，一般在中午之后的那段时间室的温是最高的，而且夏季的这种热是一种闷热，这时候可以在窗户的墙面上贴一些隔热纸，这种隔热纸能够阻挡紫外线和热辐射的，而且由于在夏季的时候经常开空调会花费很多的电费，所以说这种隔热纸既省钱又实用。
3、让空间对流：还有就是我们可以保证空气对流，这样也能让室温的温降低很多，特别是住在高楼层的房子，一般越高的地方，空气流动得越强，所以说这种方法是非常简单方便的。

一定要慎重，可以设计一下的问题：公司针对此类岗位的针对性培养计划是什么样的？如果有幸加入公司的话，职业发展路径如何？多长时间会有面试结果的通知？顺便问一下，公司该岗位的薪酬水平如何？公司的文化是什么类型？团队的领导什么样的管理风格？

这种情况下，候选人一般有心理优势，问题可以随意一些：该岗位在公司的职业发展路径如何？该岗位的薪酬水平怎么样？多长时间会有面试结果？
3、公司和岗位不咋地，没相中
可以只问这一个问题：该岗位的待遇怎么样？
1、The Chinese New Year is now popularly known as the Spring Festival because it starts from the Begining of Spring (the first of the twenty-four terms in coodination with the changes of Nature). From then on, the tradition of observing the conquest of Nian is carried on from generation to generation.
