1、one指代单数名词；that指代不可数名词或者指代上文中提到的情况，that指代的是“同名异物”。
2、one用于泛指前面提到过的名词；that特制前面提到的名词,that和被代替的名词并非指同一事物,而是同类事物，多用于事物的比较,避免重复。
3、one可以代替事物,也可以代替人；that只能代替事物,不能代替人。
